I commented on a video about bone broth – when did they start calling it that, we always called it stock – but anyway, the video suggested making it and using it as a sipping broth and not using it in recipes. I said, in my comment, that we always make our stock in autumn and freeze it and use in all of our soups, and stews and things in place of broth as it gives a much deeper, richer flavor – and someone asked me for recipes!
So this is here as a reminder to me to post my recipes and let him or her or they know that I intend to do so should they come here looking.
